My wife and I bought a new house from Beacon Street a little over a year ago and we could not be happier. Beacon Street built a custom home for my clients who could not find an existing home to suit their needs. They were fabulous to work with. They took the floor plan of a smaller home and bumped walls and upgraded features to create an entirely new, wonderful home. I’ve lived in rental units owned/managed by Beacon Street for the past 2 years and have had a positive experience. When we did have problems (broken light fixture), the office took care of them. Beacon Street is also a building/contracting company so many of its rental units were built by the company. Those apartments have nice upgrades like stainless steel appliances, newer washer and dryer, and modern fixtures. They also have some older (but still nice!) apartments with lower rates. We ended up moving to one of those after a year because we prefer the south side of town. Beacon Street DONATED lots of time and resources to help build us a new handicap accessible home for my husband after he became a double amputee from wounds sustained in Iraq. The house is beautiful and I assure you they put lots of time and attention towards detail. They build high quality houses and are very friendly and easy to work with. Kara has great taste when it comes to the finishing touches for the kitchen too!
